Tuesday night Neil Roseberry from Finding Leaders met with several focus groups with key stakeholders for Marietta City School District in regards to the Superintendent search. These groups included representatives from our Administration and Board Members, Ohio Association of Public School Employees representatives (OAPSE), MEA Members and members of the general public.
Those in attendance were given questions that would help uncover what was important to each of them during the process for hiring a new Superintendent for Marietta City School District. Finding Leaders is taking the information gathered from each group and applying it to their search for candidates. We would like to thank each of these individuals for their participation and willingness to help continue to push Marietta City School District towards our goal of providing the best education possible to Every Student, Every Day.
